    This is a new PR for me. My 1 RM was 184. They felt really good today but because the lower left side of my back was still a little sore from deadlifts I apparently compensated for this as my right hip is fairly sore already. Looking forward to that rest day tomorrow.

    Congrats to Jeff, way to push yourself beyond what you thought you were capable of. I look forward to seeing what you do next time.

  4. i only got 90# but it was my first day of cleans with the bar. i have trouble bouncing it off my hips to finish getting it up. (thats what she said) jeff you are amazing! way to go pushing that weight. see you guys tomorrow! we'll see what benchmark i want to do by then...

  6. I am having some back "issues" so I did a few of those crazy lifts today and then quit.......I know I am weak :) Anyway I went and did Sunday's workout-front bridge and sit ups. It took me 18 minutes, front bridge not really a problem, but the situps caused a bit of pain.

    Everyone doing Cleans looked great today. Welcome to crossfit Lindsay!!

  8. oh my gosh, I just read what I was supposed to do for the WOD from Sunday...as many sit ups as possible in 1 min, 50 sec ect...Oh I did 60 situps 50 situps etc!!! I have problems :)

  12. 94lbs today. My mind hit snooze for a second today and I landed on my *ss in one of the first sets, so I had to give the ole brain a stern talking to and from there on out it went better. On the last set, I quit focusing on technique ( cause I wasn't getting it anyways ) and just focused on hauling that bar up and getting under it - it felt alot better/stronger doing it that way :)

    Danielle - hilarious!! You probably did a ton of situps! haha!

  14. What a turn out for 6AM Class!!! Great work everyone and welcome Lindsay! This movement was a real issue for me when we combo'd it with HSPU's a few weeks ago, so it was great to work on technique. Thanks to "the Zachs" for coaching me.

  16. I got to 99 several times... I didn't really follow the 3 reps... I just did the weight till I felt confidant then moved up.
