1 legless Rope Climb

For the rope climb, guys start from sitting position and feet must leave and stay off ground when hips leave ground. Ladies can start from feet. All must climb down to the feet.

  2. Worked on pistols and snatches today. Did pistols with 15# DBs, then 10#, then tried with 8#, but couldn't get them on my left. Also did some with bands.

    Then I did a bunch of snatches at 142, a few at 147, 1 or 2 at 152, and then a few snatch pulls at 176.
