7 unbroken reps for first 9 rounds. I then started dropping the bar before last rep resulting in that rep not counting, and I ended up only get 4 reps in each of last 4 rounds.
We did this as a games wod with 99# back in June, and I got 6 every round. I did the same thing there though in that I would be able to string reps together unbroken until later rounds then I broke them up (they counted then, today those don't).
I still make contact barely above my knee which I know is a habit I need to break.
I overestimated my abilities today and normally I think I have a decent handle on what my work capacity is. By 8th round, I thought I might be in trouble in maintaining 7, but I didn't expect to drop to 4.
I love that there is always something to get better at!

Did 7 in round 1 and decided on 5 per round for a pace. Stayed at 5 til round 9 and dropped to 4's.

Last time in June with 99# I did 5 and wished immediately I would have done 6. 5 was just right today, though - the weight felt great and I always had 5-10 sec left over. I didn't want to blow it out of the water for my first real workout since I hurt my back last Tuesday.
Next time 6. Maybe 7 on a really great day if the stars are aligned just so and there's promise of Jason's Deli's chocolate mousse w/ chocolate chips at the end.

did 4 the first round then dropped to 3 for all the remaining rounds. should have tried to stick it out with 4 for all rounds but i know myself and would have died off quick. sometimes expectations get too high and i have to tell myself it's ok.
