I didn't want to blow it out of the water for my first real workout since I hurt my back last Tuesday. <br /><br />Next time 6. I then started dropping the bar before last rep resulting in that rep not counting, and I ended up only get 4 reps in each of last 4 rounds. <br /><br />We did this as a games wod with 99# back in June, and I got 6 every round. I did the same thing there though in that I would be able to string reps together unbroken until later rounds then I broke them up (they counted then, today those don't).<br /><br />I still make contact barely above my knee which I know is a habit I need to break.<br /><br />I overestimated my abilities today and normally I think I have a decent handle on what my work capacity is.
