Warm-up w/ 5/3/2 before doing your work sets of 3. You have 10 minutes to complete all sets, including warm-up.

followed by,

Not for time and with a partner:
50 Leg Throws each
75 Sit ups each

Break the reps up between you and your partner anyhow, anyway. It doesn't matter which exercise you start with or even if you go back and forth between the two.

  2. Worked up to 208 this morning, working with Mike and John. Liked the ab workout also. We need to keep these on a regular basis, sometimes ab workouts are so few and far between that I feel like I'm pushing rabdo when they come up.
