  8. 169# for 1 rep, wasn't feeling it today. I did all 5 reps at 164# last time with no problem, so who knows.

    Great job 6am!

  12. 404#. was nervous to try that, since the last time I did over 4 bills didn't go well. but this probably felt stronger than any set of 5 reps over 400 that i've ever done. not technically a PR, but I'm very happy about it.

I consider myself a pretty proficient deadlifter, but even so, I think I learned some really important things today from both Joe and Amanda. I love it!

  14. 335x5

Need to remember to keep weight over middle of the foot both on the way up and on the way down.

  16. Made up during Thursday's rest day.

384# and Amanda said my back was straight so that was worth the early morning!

  18. 125# was pretty heavy for me. I got all 5 reps in. Need to remember to stay over the middle of the foot on the way up and not to bend my knees to early on the way down.

Thanks For Visiting!
