    Heavier and Longer Duration - A sprint set up since most rounds took about 1:30-2 Mins to finish

    200m Run
    2 Power Cleans (205#)
    4 Muscle Ups (No False w/ Turnout)
    * 15 Min AMRAP *

    7 ROUNDS + 200m Run and 2 Cleans

    - Only Missed Two Total Muscle Ups and hit 4 in a row for the first 5 sets... Nice Little Confidence Builder WOD... 205 Felt Good the whole way... Running Sucks... Ha

  8. I attempted--and DNF'ed--the following:

    10 rds
    5 CTB pullups
    7 OHS (98)
    10 weighted pushups (green plate)
    18 min cutoff.

    got 7 rds in 17:35. those pushups really caught up to me. I thought OHS would be the limiting factor, but it was pushups. should've known.

  14. I'd love to see the Tuesday p.m. workouts continue. I didn't get to attend during the Open WODs, but my schedule will allow for it now.

  16. Just a thought! I think it would be awesome if we had “Tuesday Night Lights” a couple times a month and opened it up to anyone and everyone in the area to attend and compete! We could have, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced divisions battle it out! If we had a small fee like 5 bucks we could give away prizes like RoKFit or Lululemon gear!

    10 pull ups
    25 DUs
    *90 second clock*
    10 Rounds
    Sprint as hard as you can each rd but stay consistent
    Worst rd... 49 seconds
    Best rd... 44 seconds

  22. Tuesday night was awesome and we should do it again. the picture on the site shows the second to last workout we did on Tuesday. There was a lot of enthusiasm as that was a long hard WOD (thats what she said), but the last WOD was pretty quick and I thought that had something to do with the intensity being down a little from weeks previous. Maybe the Tuesday night WOD could be taken from the games training as that was certainly hard and intense and thereby creates that "cheer on the other guy" atmostphere that we all love. Just a thought.
