There was a lot of enthusiasm as that was a long hard WOD (thats what she said), but the last WOD was pretty quick and I thought that had something to do with the intensity being down a little from weeks previous. Maybe the Tuesday night WOD could be taken from the games training as that was certainly hard and intense and thereby creates that "cheer on the other guy" atmostphere that we all love.
