Amazing job 5 & 6am!! I sure do love seeing a room full of people knocking out some pretty solid back squats. If you haven't back squatted today, you should. Hopefully we'll see you in here later.

Back Box Squat (1" Below Parallel) - Just kept going until unable to control my knees so not really heavy... Just went to about 290#
Main Site Variation from yesterday 7 Burpees 6 Sit Ups 5 Swings (55#) 4 Pull Ups 3 HSPU's 10 ROUNDS - Wanted to try to average 1 min per round... Held that pace until about RD 6... * 10:52 * Just felt slow... :(
