12:57 RX'd. Damn you Jeremy, beating me by one second! Good times 5AM! Is it lazy that I went about 3 pounds over my bodyweight because I didn't feel like changing plates?:)

9:02 w/208# DLs (BW=202#)
Pretty surprised with this PR, I got a 9:26 last time. Really wanted that sub 9:00, maybe next time.
The row is the key on this 1. Long, powerful, & consistent tempo rows will get you your best time. Don't just yank on the chain and try 2 get as many strokes as you can.
Looking forward to the Peterson's bonfire!

13:06 with 126# BW my legs were already sore before this wod - now - I am walking like Frankenstein! But it was fun and loved the energy at noon class today! Great work everyone!

14:19. 119#(roughly 3/4 BW) That is 3 minutes faster than the last time I did it in July and 20# heavier. Good progress! (of course that was my first workout back I think...:)

11:21 rx'd @ 176#, :16 slower than last time (11:05). I was struggling on the rower today. Last time all 3 of my rows were under 2:00, today they were 1:48, 2:01, 2:03. As the benchmark wod's go this is still one of my favorites. Nice job 5:30!

10:31 @ 186#... 45 seconds slower than the last time we did this workout. The second and third row felt like forever and I took too much rest between exercises.
