    Christine with 208 (BW 203): 11:48. 2 months ago I did this in 11:14 with 198. Hmmm. Oh well--first day back after almost a week with no crossfit. I'm not going to draw any hasty conclusions about my fitness just yet.

    Rescuers found three missing Omaha climbers on Mt. Whitney around 2 p.m. CDT today, said Brandy O'Connor, a friend of one of the men.

    All three men are alive and talking. Rescue workers are evaluating the situation and planning for their evacuation, said David Clymens, a brother to another of the climbers.

    Keep checking for more details.

    Went in at 6:30 and made up the HPC and run WOD; used 121# for HPC and finished in 9:16. It was good to have Megan G. doing this one with me.
