This Saturday we will only be holding a class at 8 am. The reason being that our very own Kelli Lambert will be participating in a Power-Lifting competition at the Mid-America center starting at 9 AM. She will be in the first group of lifters and I want to take a caravan of people over to watch and support her. If you are in there will be a sign-in sheet located at the front desk so that I can get a head count as to how many people want to go.
This is a great opportunity for everyone to see a sanctioned power-lifting competition including the squat, bench press, and dead-lift, in that order. I hope that you guys would be interested in this and take the chance for us to show up in numbers, wearing CrossFit Omaha shirts, to show your support for Kelli, a fellow CrossFitter.
We will work out at 8 AM and leave for the MAC shortly after 9. Bring clothes to change into as, obviously, we have showers for you to use. Make sure you sign-in.
