  2. After a long and lazy break full of junk food and downhill skiing it's time to get back in it. Today I did hang clean balance (if that makes sense) in order to let my shoulder tighten. It was the same as the snatch balance only different (started from the hang clean position). I worked up to 164# and then 18 HSPU. Awesome job this morning everyone!

  6. Nice work on the snatch balances, noon group! I was jealous!

I did something excruciating Ricky made up for me:

    5 rds:

    5 OHS (33#)
    10 walking lunges (50# DBs)
    15 box jumps (about 36")
    20 DUs

    untimed.

Have fun with this one everyone and I will see yall tomorrow.

  10. Only got to 43# and it was not pretty; I think oh squats are for sure on the agenda for the next rest day. Then decided to do Christine and for sure could tell I hadn't been in about a week by how incredibly dizzy I felt. Great job Jen on your snatch balances; you made it look easy!

  16. Geez Veron! I suck hat Snatch Balance...because I suck at OHS. But thanks for getting me better Kylie! I did one of Ricky's workouts afterwards: 50 single unders, 10 pullups, 10 wall balls for 5 rounds. And fyi...who's got two thumbs and is doing pullups now? THIS GIRL.

  22. Got up to 100#, then got one at 110# and 2 at 105#. Good times. Great job, 6:30! I too, was a little excited about the dyson, considering my own vacuum no longer sucks, but rather, blows. Literally.

  24. I worked my way up to 132 lbs and did my first 3 sets using that weight. On the 3rd I dropped the bar a couple times so I dropped down to 120 lbs to finish the last 2 rounds.

  26. I took some pretty good notes on this move and got up to 63lbs, then moved back down to 58, because I am not OHS #1 fan, or just putting the weight on my back, something I will work on...baby steps :)
Here are my notes to myself:

    feet together
    hand out on bar
    knees go out
    jump with power
    land with butt out
    pull bar away from you
    squat
    stand up!

ok well it helped me anyway!

  28. Great job Mel C! Pull ups, now? Impressive. It's because of the Red Headed Sluts. :)
I was really happy to get in and work out some of the shit that was my day. I only got to do 3 rds of 77# but I feel like I could have gone heavier. O well. Now I know.

Thanks For Visiting!
