You heard it here first. We will be holding the first annual Holiday Ugly Sweater Party this coming Saturday, December 20th. Party starts at 8:30 p.m. All crossfitters are encouraged to come. You are encouraged to bring out the best sweater you can find. 

This is a potluck so you must have a dish of your favorite recipe in order to gain entrance into the gym. You are not allowed to buy pre-made food. It must be made in your kitchen. Come meet all the other CrossFitters from the classes you do not attend.

  4. I think a New Years Party is in order because I will be in D.C. and others will be going else where. While in D.C.I will attempt to represent for Crossfit Omaha. I have a winning sweater, maybe two, but I will not be there, thus the New Years Party. Ricky, I think the caps mean it is going to happen!

  12. 14:16 did 155 x 10 deadlifts instead of rope climb. Dam elbow. The runs killed me. Great job everyone.

    As for the party...does it have to be a "holiday" sweater or can it just be an ugly one? Just want to clarify.

  24. I'm completly bummed I had to miss ropes this morning! I started to go crazy sitting all day and since it was nice outside i had to get out. made up my own lil WOD=

    2 mile run, 10 pushup burpees after every two mins of running
    - i was gunna go after every min, but after the first one i decided there was no way i was going to make it :)

    90 burpees
