  6. ?-99-119-124-134-143, not quite sure what my first set was, or maybe it was my second but I ended up doing 6 sets cause I didnt max out in 5. sad to say, but this might be my last day at xfit for a while, finals are next week and then i'm back home for a while so it will be xfit sidney for me the next couple of weeks. Nice job today morning class!

    198 felt heavy the first time around so I did it again, but with a few tips on form it was better the second time around.

    Got up to 272x5 and then did 155x21, which I wasn't able to do last time we did heavy squats.

    Everyone went after it and look good doing it I might add.
    I finished with 350x4 roughly i think, it felt okay I good had a great spotter. I hope everyone has a good weekend..

    I wasn't exactly thrilled when I saw this workout but I'm very pleased, and somewhat surprised, at how good I felt. That 220 is definitely a PR. Swim meet in Lincoln this weekend so I am out tomorrow, have a great weekend everyone.

  16. Sounds like the nooners got some weight going the 6amers were not too shabby either. I actually did a different workout and will be doing this one in the near future. I did the SP, PP, PJ work out.

    I guess PP and PJ were also PR because i have really never went for those max either. Well I will not be seeing yall on saturday so keep up the good work and see ya next week.

  22. Got 263 x 5, then did I did 155 x 21. Was very tough but felt great. Thanks for pushing me Kylie, sometimes it is good to give into peer pressure.

  24. I PRed again on this one. My previous PR was 229 lbs x 3 and I got 240 lbs x 5 this time. After I did 154 lbs x 21.
