  2. Today's WOD was great after a LONG weekend. It felt great to get back into the swing of things. I finished somewhere around 16:45, I think. Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend.

  4. Since I missed yesterday's class (and didn't do my HSPU's) I decided I should workout today. Finished today's WOD in about 9 minutes flat, give or take a few seconds since I had to use the microwave as my timer. This was a good one to do alone because the rounds we so short they were easy to keep repeating. Plus I got my handstands caught up for yesterday and today.

  6. todays WOD was pretty easy and im glad cus i felt like i needed another day to rest. Prob cus ive been eatin so much crap haha. time was 9:45 but i broke it up into 4 rounds instead of 20. See ya tomorrow :)
