Catch: Each tier must be completed in a pre-set time limit before being able to move onto to the next tier. If the time limit is not met, you have to repeat that tier before moving on. Luckily for you, this only has to be repeated once.

The pre-set time limits are 2:30 for round of 21, 2:10 for round of 15, and 1:50. Scaled times are:
Scaled 1 - 3:00, 2:40, 2:20
Scaled 2 - 3:30, 3:10, 2:50

  2. all i know is that i didn't have to do any extra rounds. Rx'd. My lungs still haven't completely recovered.

    Awesome job, everyone. Nice to see so many people. It says a lot about how awesome CF Omaha is that we're all willing to come in and torture ourselves on a Saturday morning.

    3rd: no idea. i skipped 1 box jump on accident (according to zachr) so i had to run back and do one more. whoops.
    great effort this morning guys! luke, you are welcome back anytime. ang, i hope you start feeling better.

  6. I have really got to work on my cardiac fitness. Also need to stop dancing around the jumps. Guess I know what I am going to have to work on during rest days. Thanks for the encouragement today everyone.

  10. Went Rx'd and completed each round in the alotted time, though I have no idea what my splits were. And yes, my lungs were on FIRE, took me quite a while to catch my breath after. 2 HSPU done.

  18. I got a good enough workout watching everyone do this one. I did the front squat PU's workout the other day and still kind of hurt. So i just started the handstand challenge.

    I was able to get 11.

  22. sorry couldnt make it today. still not fully recovered from gettin my wizdom teeth tore outof my mouth. did do 500 puchups 500 squats and 500 situps throughout the day though.

  28. Ugh. What a brutal week. I did the scaled-1 times... I made it on rounds 1 and 3, but not round 2. My legs need a few days off now - no energy left AT ALL.

  34. does draging a 250lbs animal through 100 yards of brush and timber count as a WOD? I'm gunna have to make this one up on rest day. I did do 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 burpees and situps tho. 6:30 +2 HSPUs
