Handstand Pushup Challenge is upon us. Read the rules if you haven't done so and be ready to rock. We have 50 hspu days ahead of us and I am looking to see a house full of athletes that can bust out these upside down pushups like nothing. There is a link to the rules in the upper right hand corner under the "CrossFit Omaha Events" heading.

  2. Seriously, I would love to do this! One of my few (very few) strengths is HSPUs. But I think I need to sit this one out and let my shoulder recover... and give someone else a chance to place or win. I'm out of town this weekend, and will be back on Monday.

    Holy cow. I am WRECKED from Wednesday. I'll probably be in at noon for this one, but I'm not too optimistic about my body doing anything I ask of it.

  10. 4rds scaled to 40 lbs on turkish get ups. This was my first time doing turkish get ups and am looking forward to working on them more in the future.
    Nice job 6 amers, this HSPU challenge should be a good one.

  16. I am so sad that i can't do those darn turkish getups and SDHP. It's just that this darn cheeseburger belly (as Joe would say) is in the way!

    I'll be there at 6:30 & i'm sure ricky will have a great alternative WOD for me (i don't think it will be pretty!)

  18. Ok so I have made a couple of observations over the last couple days (since Wednesday). I have never noticed before how low the toilets are, really shouldnt someone redesign them so your legs dont hurt as much when you sit down :)
    Stairs, really where are all the elevators, or escalators for that matter. Those are just two of the things recently, thought I would share!

    I did five rounds of 30 d.u. 20 kettlebell swings, 10 burpees finished in 1030. Funny they were impressed with my skill sets, thanks joe and rick. I did this WOD at crossfit las vegas they were very friendly and just folded me into the way they do things. I miss eveyone back there,and appreciate it even more now.

    For the HSPU challenge I got 10 today. I am shooting for at least 20 by the end of this challenge.

  24. I finished 3 rounds (scaled weight). I wanted to go a lot harder today but my quad would NOT let me. Hopefully I can get it feeling better before tomorrow. I love the noon class, you all are awsome.
