WOD
Rest Day.
Although it is a rest day and we will allow you to work on some things that you feel you are lacking in (as long as you have a plan of what you want to do), we will also have a workout put together for those that want it.
Also, we wiped off four more people of the poodle list. Addi, Steve, Greg O' Kief, and Kylie Lu all did the row/burpee workout last night. If you haven't done it yet, and I know who you are, you have one more day to get it done or forever be known as the people who are scared.

You have all been waiting for it and now the time has arrived. Make sure you respect the gym, by keeping it clean, finding a sober way home, and staying off the equipment. Have fun and make sure you thank Hannah for putting this whole thing together.
