WOD
3 rounds for time
50 Air Squats
20 DB Push Press (35/25)
10 Hang Power Cleans (135/85)

For the push press, make sure every rep, you push the head forward and fully open the shoulder for it to count. Also, some of the db's have come loose (go figure) from them being dropped carelessly (not your fault). They can be dropped but from now on try and control from where you let them go.

















Looks like Danielle had a little run-in with the push-up police.

  4. Good work, 6'ers! I realized at the end that today's WOD is pretty much "nasty girls" without muscle-ups. (nasty.)

    I did the pullups from yesterday and got up to 30#, but not CTB. then a little metcon just to keep up with the joneses.

    I will be doing this one at home - although not sure how my shoulders will hold up with my metal dumbbells so I might sub out the push press dumbbell for military press instead.........

  26. another reall fun one 8:40 used 25 lbs and 110for the first 2 rounds of hang cleans and 135 for the last one HAPPY HALLOWEEN :)

  28. I scaled this one to 25lb presses and I'm not sure what I had for cleans. Another big fat DNF. I had 5 cleans left when time ran out. Still did them though.

  32. So I tried to do pull-ups at the gym yesterday and seriously struggled without any additional weight....talk about a wake up call. I really have slacked on working out esp. arms...so today I scaled the WOD to 15s and a 65 bar and did it in 9:38.
