50 Air Squats
20 DB Push Press (35/25)
10 Hang Power Cleans (135/85)
For the push press, make sure every rep, you push the head forward and fully open the shoulder for it to count. Also, some of the db's have come loose (go figure) from them being dropped carelessly (not your fault). They can be dropped but from now on try and control from where you let them go.
Looks like Danielle had a little run-in with the push-up police.

I did the pullups from yesterday and got up to 30#, but not CTB. then a little metcon just to keep up with the joneses.

This was the first time i did a WOD Rx'd!! YAY!!

..this time I will try not to blackout before I even make it to the party...
I will be doing this one at home - although not sure how my shoulders will hold up with my metal dumbbells so I might sub out the push press dumbbell for military press instead.........
