  4. my first workout ever here was round one of the cindy challenge and i got 12 rounds 5 pull ups. Today I got 17 rounds, 5 pull ups, and 7 push ups....bitches. well i will see you all tonight for some excessive drinking in celebration of this challenge being over!

  6. Great Job everyone. The gym was so full of people. I started Cindy with 10 rds 5 pullups, finished today with 13 rds, 5 pullups and 8 pushups. Now to get ready for the bonfire!

    Today i finished with...

    16 rds, 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 12 squats...

    yup just short 3 freaking squats of 17 full rounds! Very happy overall especially with my strength just not being there lately with my lifting...

    I apologize for having to jet out so fast on my partner, but I was about ready to see my apple again ;) Thanks for replacing me as her counter Brian!

    Wish I could have stayed to cheer everyone on, but I am sure ya'll kicked *ss!

    On the prelims I got 16 rounds so this time I was shooting for 20. I was just shy with 19 rounds, 5 pull-ups, 7 push-ups. A little disappointed but I am glad to see how much I have improved.

  18. Great work everyone, I just want to say thanks for everyone helping out with counting and making everything go so smooth today.

    It seemed like most of everyone improved from last time, and people who did it for the first time today also did very well. It was fun with everyone, and the gym was packed.

    Hope to see everyone tonight at the bonfire and lets see how many rounds we can do tonight too!

    I got 14 rounds 5,10,4 first time and I got 16 rounds 5,10,3. Almost exactly 2 rounds improvement.

  20. Last time I got 9 rounds, 5 pu, 10 pu. Today, 11 rounds, 5, 10, 14 squats. So close to 12! I'm happy with the improvement, especially considering how lazy I am. :)

    Today: 14 rounds and 2 pullups.

    My goal was 13 so I am extremely pleased with my results. Thanks for pushing me Alison, you are quite the drill sergeant..."Get off of my obstacle Pyle! Get the f@*k off of my obstacle!!!"

    Due to a last minute change of plans I will be at the bonfire tonight, see everyone there.

  26. I did a couple more push ups than the first time (14 rounds+). My slacking the last couple of weeks paid off? Everyone else's improvements will serve as just the inspiration I need to get back in consistently and to get serious about the zone. Nice work everyone.

  34. Last time I did 10 rounds + 3 pullups with really noodle like pushups (really not good) and this time I got 10 rounds + 5 pullups + 4 pushups. Pretty proud of that bc my pushups were legit this time! :) Sorry missed the bonfire, had the high school reunion - but will definitely b there for Halloween! :)
