Cindy challenge is this weekend. All Saturday classes will be doing "Cindy" whether they paid the entry fee or not (poopers). Have fun and good luck. I look forward to seeing what the improvements are from the first go round.

  6. So I did the "Cindy" challenge with Amy today, it SUCKED! I only improved by 3 pullups and 6 pushups, probably because I had to start my own time, mark down every round, and the music was very low. Oh well, everyone have fun tomorrow. Good job Amy!

    Awesome 4pm group today. Great to see you all. Zack, you are awesome for working out so intensively with one arm!

    I did AMRAP in 20 of

    100m row
    10 box jumps (20"?)
    10 walking lunges
    10 GH situps
    10 DUs
    10 back extensions
    10 med ball throws

    5 rds, 1 row and 10 jumps. Felt great today. As McGuire put it, there were birds singing around my head.

  14. I won't be able to make it in tomorrow so I did Cindy this afternoon. Last time I almost got through 13 rounds and wanted to get to 15 this time. I got to 15 +5 pullups and 1 pushup. I f-ing hate pushups still!!
    The 4 pm class was awesome tonight! You were right DJ!

  16. not sure how many sets of 2 I did --- maybe 7? On the second to last one I did 99 on the last one I tried 114 got one then dropped the second. Then did drop set 73#x16 (failure). Felt decent today, which surprised me since I did heavy squat and bench workout yesterday. Looking forward to Cindy tomorrow! see y'all then.
