For time:
300 Ball Slams
250 Swings, 1 pood
200 Box Jumps, 20 inches
150 Twisting plate raises (blue/yellow)
100 Walking Lunges

5 members per team. All 5 can work to eliminate the ball slams, only 4 persons can work to eliminate the swings, three to eliminate the box jumps, two to eliminate the plate raises, and only one person at a time can work to eliminate the walking lunges.

  4. it is killing me to miss another day, but with family in town it ain't gonna happen. i will get a workout in today if it kills me. if i have to run a mile at 1am, that's what i'll do.

  8. This one was kind of fun, mins the plate things-much harder than it looked.

    My mother in law started today - props to her :) Look out though her pushup form is amazing!

  12. i don't even know what a plate raise is...someone help me out!

    i just did 5 rds of 20 135# DLs and 20 squats. 9:18. not fun after a fatty lunch.

  14. Plate raises: Pick a green, yellow, blue and hold it in both hands....then squat down and touch the plate to ground on the side of your body, keep your body upright, and then take it up across your body and push it overhead and pivot the foot.

    if you have ever done Core Synergistics from P90X, that one is in there but with dumbbells....

    and yes I own about every workout dvd that was ever made before CF ;) I am still looking forward to Cathe's new plometric leg workout she has produced! ha!
