8. Great fun this morning! Joe set up a mini team event Let's see if I can remember all the events:
   
   Tire flips x 10
   #95 Thrusters x 15
   sprint with a fence hurdle x 1
   24 in Box Jumps x 20
   walking lunges w/ 1.5 pood kb press x 20
   1 pood Turkish Get ups x 10
   
   I may have gotten the order wrong.

10. Brady Alluitius Knottingham Shannon was born yesterday at 11:17pm, 7 something lbs (way less than a pood), 20" long and has all fingers and toes.
    Jeff and Jen had a great delivery(6hrs of Tabata contractions anyone?)and are doing well.
    Some of those details are complete lies that Jeff will correct when he has time.
