  2. OMan I am laughing right now! I still have no clue with what I ended with - - I did find the calculator, but it was broken! To me that looks like reds/greens/2 1/2s and the bar, which I did lift up :) So that is a PR for sure...203???

thanks for posting the picture of my turkey gobbler - those are always my favorite ;)

  4. Addi - btw if you remember what we started at - I can probably figure it out - bc i went up by 10 lbs each time until 2nd to last set and then I went up by 5 lbs..I think we started the 1 sets around 150 or 160....

its buggin me . . .how do you know what to aim for next time if you can't remember what you ended up with! arg!

  6. Reba--I'm pretty sure the one you're going for in the pic is 198, and the one in the background is 208. I think your goal for next time should be to keep track! (just teasin)

  8. 2:02 is pretty amazing but the pullups in the round of 15 were not pretty. Maybe its just me, what does everyone else think?

  10. I'm with you Zach he was pulling up on the front and back but regardless...freakin sweet...umm Ricky I think you can do sub-2 min :)
So did 300m run, then alternating wall ball and kbhp 40-30-20-10 wb and 5-10-15-20 kbhp then 25 box jumps...finished just under the 15 min cutoff but not by too much. Great job am'ers!

  12. Paul - definitely will bring my notepad next time!! The question still remains - what set is that? ha! I guess we will never know....

....unless Addi can tell me where we started because then I can count up by tens until my second to last set where I added only 5lbs :) and then I missed on my last one with 5 more lbs!

I guess CrossFit hasn't helped my math yet ;)

  14. So I did Filthy Fifty today, it was brutal but I survived. Finished everything in 31:03. That is 5 minutes off of my last time, pretty happy about that. Not happy about my burpees and DU's. The 4:30 workout looked like fun, I want to try band running.

  16. Wow- I came in at 630pm OPEN GYM time and did ---300m run, then alternating wall ball and kbhp
    40-30-20-10 wb
    5-10-15-20 kbhp
    25 box jumps
This was difficult and I finished with only two minutes left before the 15 minute cut off. Hope to see everyone more often as I will be back to attending the 730 pm class!

  18. Matt and I did 7 rounds of: 30 seconds of band running followed by 7 full hang cleans. We were supposed to go for 10 rounds but Ricky cut it back to 7 after the 4th cause we were already getting worn out. We also had a side bet for who ever got the most band runs. The loser had to do 50 jumping pull-ups. Luckily Matt finished first adn told me how many he got so I pushed harder at the end to at least tie him. So we both did the pull-ups. Good work out!!

  20. Pretty or not, a 2:02 is amazing. I will say, I bet Ricky can pull it off sub-2 AND maintain perfect form.

Spent the day with some sort of fun stomach bug. What the hell? I don't enjoy eating as it is...I don't need to make it worse with an intestinal inhabitant.
