    I somehow learned how to do SDHP today. I have hated them in every other workout, but today they just started clicking. I only did 53# though. Great job 6am! Meg and Kevin, you impress me each day!

    The SDHPs were much tougher than I was anticipating but the jerks felt pretty good today. Again, I was hoping for under 10 minutes. Good work Joe and Paco, you guys killed that workout.

  6. DID FRAN LAST NIGHT SINCE I HADN'T DONE CROSS FIT IN A WEEK. FINISHED IN 3:13 AND TOOK ABOUT 15 MINS TO RECOVER. WHAT A BRUTAL WORKOUT.

  10. 11:02 77lbs...Good to have ya back Danielle!! Somebody in the 5:30 was going so fast, I think he broke 4 mins!!! But by the time I finally got done, he was already showered and gone ;) Nice job 5:30!!

    Great workout Ricky and Joe - I felt that one everywhere!- back, shoulders, core, cardio factor....nice!!

  12. 9:17 rx'd. I've never done SDHP this heavy before. They didn't feel very smooth, but I got through them. The jerks felt better. Great job everyone at 5:30 tonight!!

  20. Ok so i came in at 6:30. I did

    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps of
    Back Squat-85lbs
    Press-33lbs
    Deadlift-135lbs

    Finished in approx 15:22. Not bad, but i was beat afterwards.

    Great job 5:30. You guys really got to it!!!

  22. 11:03 almost the same time as Reba, but I didn't have the same weight :( I think I did 63 on SDHP amnd maybe 60 on push jerk.

    Yeah Connor was a beast, I was just half way done with first round of Push Jerks and he was on his round of 9..........nice work!!
