Shoulder blades must touch the ground as well as the front of the body touching the thighs for the rep to count.

Post time as well as number of sets to comments.

  4. 3:22...all 150 at once. Did not have wall, so had to do them in middle of room. That was interesting. I didn't realize how much use I get from the wall.

    Ran 3 miles.

    Did 3 sets of 10 for the following:
    bicep curls 25# each
    reverse lunge 30# each
    bicep dips
    reverse sit-up
    oblique leg-lift
    different kind of reverse crunch.
    twisting pushups

    6 split jerks 70#
    12 box jumps(13 inch) with 20# in each hand
    10 pull-ups

    and it took me 10:48.
