With a continously running clock, do one jumping squat (65#/45#) the first minute, two jumping squats the second minute, three the third minute, and so forth until you are not able to complete the required amount of reps in a minutes time.

  6. 21 rounds. Finished with about 5 seconds left and just couldn't start round 22. My bike ride home was very slow but I made it.

  8. everyone did really well today! I got 16, and I never heard the beep--I probably should've started round 17, but my legs weren't loving me at that point and i crapped out.

  10. Got through 15 rounds and dumped the bar with just a few second left and couldn't even think of starting the next round. Heck, my legs were shakeing so much that I couldn't even stand up at first. This was way harder then it looked on paper.

  12. got through 15 with 15 done in the 16h. my legs were shaking so much that i was doing 1 at a time and couldn't finish that last one in time. can't wait for tomorrow. great job today guys!

  14. 16, and 16 of the 17th. I was feeling lazy for not having squeezed out that last one and starting the 18th, but I was also on the verge of black-out mode at the end there. And I'm definitely paying for this one today. My legs are WORTHLESS today.

  16. No barbell but I was in luck. I had duct tape, two twenty pound dumbbells, a three pounder and a 2x4.
    19 rounds and 14 on the 20th.
    Hard as hell.

  18. Because of bum leg was scaled to pullups with bands. In the 15th round Joe told me to stop and ride the bike or I wouldn't be able to bend my arms for like 10 days. I wish he hadn't said that, cause right now I am walking around like an ape. Good think tomorrow is a rest day. Great job today guys. It was the things I saw done today that keep me coming back and trying to get to where you guys are.

  20. 25 and 24 of the last, which I figured was 349 effen squats. I only used a hollow bar, no real weight on it. My legs were killing me yesterday (Sunday) and as I sit here they are freaking out. good times!
