Rest Day

Reminder that there is now only one class from 5-7am and one class from 4:30-7:30pm on Thursdays. The 9am and noon class remain but for the above listed, you sign up for one class and come when you want during that time frame so long as you're gone by 7am or 7:30pm. Thanks for your cooperation

  2. Tried for 3x5 back squat at 299, but missed on rep 3 of set 2. Oh well. Messed around for a bit and then just did 5 rds of

    5 wall balls
    5 toes to bar
    5 pushups
    4:04

    could've done that faster, but it was just one of those days. still glad i got into the gym to move some weight around.

  4. okay, turns out I was only supposed to do 294 for 3x5 back squat today. No wonder 299 felt so heavy! that's what I get for not looking at my log.

    The race bibs are here! Please stop by the gym, behind the desk, and grab your bib/number. Grab 2 pins and an instruction sheet. Timing chips are on the back of the bib. We have 18 runners signed up for the race.

    We're mtg around 8:30 at the west side of the front entrance to the civic auditorium. There's a large flag nearby, let's look for each other there.
