    Toyed with the idea of doing Grace, but I figured my shoulder could use a 2-day weekend.

  4. Did Press with Hannah - 3x5 - 73#. Then Jenn, Hannah, and I did todays WOD. That was a doozy.

    Didn't see the calories, but rowed exactly 500m,
    55 DU's, 52 ? situps, 26 thrusters.
