1 Strict Press
1 Modified Round of "Cindy"
2 Strict Press
1 Modified Round of "Cindy"
3 Strict Press
1 Modified Round of "Cindy"
4 Strict Press

and so on until you reach 10 strict presses.

The modified round of "Cindy" requires that each round, 5 of your 10 push ups must be up/downs. These are up/downs. Go with chest 2 bar pull ups if possible but not required. There is a 20 minute time cap.

You choose the weight of the press. How heavy will you choose?

At CFO we have always had a gym full of amazing athletes and that was validated again this year at the CrossFit Games and all throughout the CrossFit Games season.     used 98# and got through 8 full rds and 6 of 9 presses.
