I struggled thought this workout today. Just wasn't feeling it. My runs were slow so I was just playing catch up after that. It's definitely a weakness of mine that needs work.

Can't wait to see big numbers from the PMer's

    Get after it!

Muscle ups need some work. I just need to build confidence with the movement. Runs were SLOW today...another weakness.

  6. Is "stupid ball" the name of the sport being played in this picture?

    Just kidding!

Today's WOD was everything I thought it could be...and I thought it could be F-ing miserable. I loved it, though. I think I might like muscle-ups even more than deadlifts.

    170 reps rx'ed.

  8. I found out (again) just how hard it is to do muscle ups with your heart rate PEGGED.

    148 Rx'd

Great noon class! Nice to see new faces.

I might have done my math wrong on the board. I did push ups/pull ups. I also laid on the ground for a little while after, but it didn't help. I still felt like I had been beaten.

    Good work, 6am!

  12. 148 reps; subbed CTB pullups and pushups for muscleups

1st round: 66 reps (full round plus 9 swings)

    2nd round: 43 reps (12 CTB pullups)

    3rd round: 30 reps (3 CTB pullups)

4th round: 20 reps (no CTB pullups)

Swings were all unbroken, broke up wall balls once in 2nd round, CTB pullups and pushups were tough. Running in the heat sucked too.

Tough WOD. I'll quit bitching now :)

    Good job 4:30!

  16. what a doozy! runs actually felt pretty good today. 800 i was far behind the pack but the 600-400-200 i pushed and felt pretty good.

really struggled with C2B. couldn't string more than 3 together today :-( really disappointing but now that I'm aware I'm going to start striving for them more, even in WODS that don't call for them.

never broke up KB's, just tried to focus on good form with those, wall balls were a breeze thank god! Got all C2B pullups and some pushups in on the 800, and just pullups on 600-400 and 3 on the 200 round.

    54-40-30-20

great work 6:30! always a pleasure!

Thanks For Visiting!
