    DB bench press: 3x5 with 70# DBs

    3 reps min for 10 min: power snatch (132#)

    Tough day--power snatches beat me down a little bit. Box squats felt great--i need to work on getting my hips back and then getting a good hip drive from that position. This seems to help with both.
