Every Minute on the Minute - Squat Cleans

Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes, complete 1 squat clean at 225#/153#. This is a pull from the ground and caught in a full squat. Scale loads to 198#/143#, 176#/131#, 154#/121#, or 132#/99#. Go lighter if you must but try not to.

  6. 198#, no misses. Got a rep at 225# in the warm-up, but I could tell I wasn't going to get 30 more.
