Part 1
Person A - Run 200 meters
Person B - AMRAP DB Push Press, 40#/25#
Switch
Part 2
Person A - Run 400 meters w/ Bumper, 44#/33#
Person B - AMRAP Ab Mat Sit ups into Air Squat
Switch
Part 3
Person A - Run 800 meters w/ Bumper, 33#/22#
Person B - AMRAP Single Unders
Switch
Floater: At some point during the workout, your team must also complete 20 tire flips. It can be immediately, in between the 3 parts, or before you call time.
For parts 2 and 3, you must run east and on the way back, scale both walls, with bumper.
Score is time in seconds - total reps.

Danny and I teamed up for this one. 20:02 and a final score of -107. Had the usual love/hate relationship with this one. Looking back, it was awesome. Sucked at the time, though.
