    boy did i hate life starting around rep 10. it didn't help that i was so sweaty i could barely grip the bar. but i actually think my best reps were toward the end.

  6. Had a blast last night! Thank you CFO hosting such an event and JennG for organizing it.

    Today went in and did strength with JennG and Regina. Started out with DL 5x5. Last set did 174x12. Did seated press 4x8 with 69#. Those were tough. Then 3sets of 12 of walking barbell lunges with 64#. Finished it off with the lovely prowler sprints x2 outside with 2 reds.

    Thanks Jen and Regina! Couldn't have done it without you. My body just wasn't feeling it today. This was my 10th consecutive day without a rest day. Well, I did Pilates on sunday (active recovery). It's probably pretty stupid. But sometimes I just can't stay away.
