Made up a little workout with Megan Mac:
3 rounds:
3 rope climbs 10 OHS (77#); Megan did DL instead at 197# I believe 15 T2B 20 pushups
16:12; originally it was going to be 4 rounds because we both were certain we could do it in 20 minutes or less.......figured out we are not as awesome as we think we are :):)
I had 2 rounds done right at the 10 minute mark.
Positives: OHS were all unbroken which I hadn't been able to do for awhile at this weight (or less either). Rope climbs felt pretty good; T2B and pushup reps broke down pretty quickly after first round which is something I still need to work on.
Good to see a lot of CFO this morning...social hour afterwards is just as much fun!

This looks like a good one, but I did some active recovery at home. Messed around with the BB, worked a little on pistols, then did "Annie". Untimed, but probably around 8 min. It was tough without DBs and an abmat. I can usually do the SU unbroken, but not today.
