Floor Press 5-5-5 reps

Progressive sets on a 3.5 minute clock.

Conditioning

For reps:
5 minutes of running
Rest 60 seconds
4 minutes of Box Jumps, 20 inch box (step down only)
Rest 50 seconds
3 minutes of Squat Cleans, 176#/121#
Rest 40 seconds
2 minutes of Double Unders
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute of Burpees

For the running, what you start, you can finish but the rest time does not wait for you. Try to accumulate as many meters as possible choosing between any combination of 800s, 400s, and/or 200s. Stay on the heavier side for squat cleans and step ups are not allowed.

Haven't had a chance to give this guy a shout out but we really enjoy having Doug Anderson as a part of the community. A good friend of Dave Paladino, Doug has been steadily improving and has an unmatchable attitude. Welcome Doug.

Can't forget Shelley either. Can't wait to see her and everyone else compete this weekend.

    Conditioning: 1000m, 74 Box jumps, 11 cleans at 154, 72 double unders, 15 burpees

    I finished the 1000m on the 5 minute mark exactly. For the box jumps I focused on just keeping moving no matter how fast. Cleans were pretty tough since my legs were shot from running and jumping. The DUs were terrible and I wish I would have brought my speed rope. That would have probably doubled my number. And finally, burpees suck no matter when you do them.

    1000m - 94 jumps - 14 cleans - 11something DU - 19 burpees

    Don't tell anyone I said this, but it felt good to run again. Thanks for pushing the pace up the hill, Megan! (But not too much. Thanks for that, too. :) ) My DU felt terrible today. My shoulders just kept tiring out. Wanted 20 burpees, but I'll take what I can get this week. Still feeling a little run-down, but this helped shake off the cobwebs.

  6. 900ish for the run. 74 jumps, 15 cleans, 132 DUs, 17 Burpees.

    Only used 99 for the cleans. Trying to take it easy today.

    Floor press- 99, 119 and didn't do a 3rd set. I felt REALLY weak on these today, so I didn't push it.

    Conditioning:
    1300m run, 99 box jumps, 13 squat cleans, 109 DUs, & 18 burpees = 1539 Rx'd

    Nice cap to a tough week. Good luck to all doing 12.2 this weekend.

    Floor presses: 203, 208, 208 (failed on 5th)

    1200m
    85 jumps (maybe 95, but let's say 85)
    12 cleans
    123 DU (ouch)
    23 burpees

    Those cleans wiped me out!
