Next strength class starts January 25th for those interested. I'm open to doing a 3PM class as well but only if there are at least 6-8 people can commit. Email me either way if you think you want to jump in on the next round of class.

  4. I did some running at home, together with some pushups.

    1 mile run
    100 pushups

    12s slower than my PR on this. I knew my pushups needed work, which is why i did this. 7 min mile. should've pushed that a bit harder, too. but glad i got my ass up to do something.

    total = 24:24 surprised how sore my achilles were after that.

    1600m- 7:35
    1200m- 5:19
    400m- ??

    Had some pain so I stopped didnt want to do anything.

    Right after.

    Max push ups 30 Reps
    2min rest
    17 reps
    1min rest
    10 reps.
    Tried to make them perfect for each rep.

    Then I started to feel better so I did 50 DUs rest 30 sec 3 rounds. Tired to get it under 30 sec each time, about 22-25 sec each round.

    I may do this run once a week or everyother its good for my weakness.

    This was tough, but it was great to be outside in almost 60 degree weather!!
