    87,92,97. These felt good/strong and in looking back on logwod, previous best for 5 reps was 93.

    8 rounds of:
    3 HSPU's
    6 KB swings (1.5 pd)
    9 DL's at 174#
    12 DU's

    14:32. Everything unbroken except round 7 of HSPU's I broke up 2/1. I did DL's w/out mix or hook grip for first 5 rounds then switched to mix grip. KB swings felt surprisingly "light".

    176, 186, 198, 202
    Then dropped to 110 and did 32 reps to failure

    Added 3X15 Ham Glut reps and Tabata rows

  6. Knee was killing me so had to change my plan of working snatches today. Went with power snatches. 5 sets of 3 with 120# going every 2 minutes.
    Followed this up with two muscle-ups in a row. First time I've gotten two back to back!

  8. Made up yesterday's festivities. Pretty rough. Got up to 252 on the FS (not a PR, but closer than I thought given how heavy 220 felt when I started). 337 reps for the metcon. Ouch.
