These felt good/strong and in looking back on logwod, previous best for 5 reps was 93.<br /><br />Metcon:<br />8 rounds of:<br />3 HSPU's<br />6 KB swings (1.5 pd)<br />9 DL's at 174#<br />12 DU's<br /><br />14:32. Everything unbroken except round 7 of HSPU's I broke up 2/1. I did DL's w/out mix or hook grip for first 5 rounds then switched to mix grip.
