For the handstand push ups, place an ab mat between four yellow bumpers (two stacked each side). The box jump overs are just that, start on one side and end up on the other side. Both feet must pass over the top of the box.

12:55. I was thrilled that my wrist felt great doing everything. I went light on power cleans, but the main thing for me is that they didn't hurt my wrist. I still need a lot of work on CTB and T2B to get more efficient/faster. Push presses were harder than I expected and I broke them up 3 times.
