  2. Worked on strict press: 5-5-5, worked up to 120. Lost some ground on this. Then 5 rds
    5 strict pullups
    10 DB push press (40#)
    25 situps
    untimed, probably around 7:30.

  4. Did max strict pullups in a row: got 8 which is a PR. Previous best was 6.

    I then worked power cleans doing sets of 3 through 143, a set of 2 at 153 and then began resting 2 minutes in between each one after that. I got 173# which is a 10# RR. I had 178# and let my elbows drop.....dang it! Thanks Jess for watching/critiquing.

    10:47 on the couplet so, 647 seconds minus 30 would give me a 617 score.
    Grasshoppers? Not a favorite of mine...
