As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans, 208#/143#
Handstand Walk, 32 feet (8 mats)
3 Strict Chest to Bar Pull ups (no leg kick at the top)
Sprint 100 meters
Count each completed mat as a rep and the full 100 meters as a rep for a grand total of 15 reps per round. If you go prescribed on walks, only count legitimately balanced walks (no falling into any).

Don't over think the pull from the ground, let your body instinctively do the right thing by being in the proper set up from the get go. Big thanks to Coach B for this awesome video.
Rx'd except for the HSW. First round I did 8 mat side to side and then realized that scaling option was only over the line and back so that got a little quicker in the second round, but these were still slow. Strict CTB were all one at a time and were tough.
Shoulders are definitely feeling it!
