50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:
Wall Ball shots, 20#/14# ball
Box Jumps, 24 inch box
Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood

For wall balls, you may not catch the ball off a floor bounce. If the ball hits the ground, you must completely stand up with ball in hands prior to starting again. For box jumps, you must completely stand up on the box before returning to the ground (no pogo off the box).

  2. DNF: In 4th round/12 WB's. I broke wall balls and swings up more than I wanted to. I was trying to keep up with Addi and was right there through the first 2 rounds and then fell off a bit.

    Good work 6 am.!!

  4. Today I worked a little on bench, not quite 5RM but moving in that direction. Got 205x5 comfortably.

    then 7 rds:
    7 back squats (155)
    7 KB swings (50)
    8:15-ish

  6. DNF

Was moving pretty slow in this workout today. Everything felt slow but it was a sweaty one, which is always fun to do. Got to my swings in the 20. If I could have got done with that 10's would have moved quick. Nice job Nick and Jake with this workout!

I had a feeling a tough one was going to appear after the holiday weekend. I do feel better about all the debauchery this weekend after punishing myself with this grinder.

Lots of sweat. Med ball and kettleball got slippery. Probably should have brought a towel.

    Fun noon class as usual.

  10. This was so tough. I couldn't catch my breath, it was extremely hot, I was running on little sleep, no food in my gut, and I drank enough to kill a small elephant this weekend. If it wasn't for Jake, I don't know if I would have finshed in time. 23:32 rx'd. Sh***y.

  12. Holy Batman this is tough! Once I realized some of the 6am-ers didn't finish, I knew I needed to go with option B. Which I STILL DNF'd on. It was awesome to sweat so much and it was fun to work out with Jen T and Cam!

  14. DNF - Got through 4 of my 20 swings

I knew this would be rough, but I really thought I'd finish. Until I was in the middle of my 40 box jumps and the clock already said 13:00.

  16. This didn't look like it would be so bad knowing I was going to scale, but scaled or not... it sucked!

    I did 20-15-10-5 for 2 rounds
Just finished 10 wall balls in 2nd round and would have started bell swings but DNF!

  18. I mean I was in round 2 at the round of 10's - when finished 10 wall balls, 10 box jumps, and would have been on kbs but nope! not today!

All Rx weights but used a 20" box.

Had enough time, shoulda done another round of 10. Need to strategize a little better at the beginning.
