FS easier than I expected, PU harder.
Run 1600, rest 3 mins, run 1120, rest 2 minutes, run 640. I then walked .6 of a mile as my rest, waited until the top of the minute and ran 3 160's with rest determined by how fast I ran each 160. Times for each were:
1600: 7:39
1120: 5:07
640: 2:45
The first 160 was :29, rested :31 secs, ran 160 in :30, rested :30 secs, ran 160 in :31.
This felt good especially being outside and detoxing my body from last night.
