  2. went to UNO today and did 3x3 press at 140 (PR). then

    every 2.5 min
    1 full clean and 4 FS (185)
    15 pushups
    20 situps

    FS easier than I expected, PU harder.

  4. I did a mid distance/sprint WOD at Wehrspan today (July 4th):

    Run 1600, rest 3 mins, run 1120, rest 2 minutes, run 640. I then walked .6 of a mile as my rest, waited until the top of the minute and ran 3 160's with rest determined by how fast I ran each 160. Times for each were:

    1600: 7:39
    1120: 5:07
    640: 2:45

    The first 160 was :29, rested :31 secs, ran 160 in :30, rested :30 secs, ran 160 in :31.

    This felt good especially being outside and detoxing my body from last night.
