For time:
200 Walking Lunges
150 Push ups
100 Two Man Pull ups (watch video below)
and either,
2750 meters rowing or
1 Mile Run
This is a 2 person team workout where only one person can be lunging at a time and then the same for push ups, both members have to complete 50 pull ups (all strict) and assist 50 pull ups, and if you choose rowing, you get one rower whereas if you choose the run, both take off at the same time and time is called when the last person crosses the finish line.
The contact point for two man pull ups is with fingers and hands only and at the hips or ribs only.

Two Man Pull ups
30:09 with the run (went farther than we were supposed to) as we went to the stop sign on 90th and back.
We did lunges in sets of 10 each and pushups we started with sets of 5 then went to 3's and 2's but never had to go to singles. We did two man pullups in sets of 5 at the beginning and then went to 4, 3 and 2's I believe.
I've enjoyed these team workouts and have had great partners all week!

we got half way with the push ups before using bands to finish, and used bands on the pull ups. We were slacking so we only went to 70 on the pull ups. The run was awful! The lunges killed too! It's Hot! My legs were mush!

Finished in 20:53 and chose to run. That run was tough in under the mid day sun! Felt like we could of gone just a few seconds quicker, but either way it was fun.
I had a lot of fun with each work out this week. It was great to team up with you on todays and mondays Jake, nice work.

We accidentally took off for the run without doing half the pullups, so we finished them when we got back. Lunges were rough as we had just done overhead walking lunges an hour before - my knees were PISSED. Felt better after, though.
