    Nice work, 6am!

  4. "Swam" through it this morning. 94% Humidity....Jeez!

6:05 with 35# and "scaled" DUs 1/5pd TGUs.

Good working with you this morning, Andre!

  6. 88# each arm for the TGU. I was able to do 98# on one side but missed on the other.

3:01 Rx'd for the short metcon. DB thrusters are sneaky tough.

I with Brian, the humidity in the morning has to be close to 100%.

  8. So proud of Team CFO, Stacie and Karen! I know you did not get the results you wanted, but you killed Sat. WOD's, taking 1st in the last one. You guys made a huge jump in the standings. Nice work! Karen, you performance was unbelievable with 2 pts from 3rd! Way to go, girl!!
I have never been more honored and proud to be apart of such a great community!!!

  10. You said it, Paula!

Great job at the games by all the CFO athletes!! You're all a continuing inspiration!

  12. Echoing what Paula and Paul said, you guys inspire me to do better every time I walk in the gym.
44 on TGUs. Tried using the barbell today. Moved up to 54, but couldn't keep things balanced. Definitely an area I need to work on.
    4:19 RX'd on the metcon.
    Nice work 5AM!

  14. Couldn't agree more than with everything Paula said! Team CFO, Stacie, and Karen watching you all was very inspirational and awesome! Only wish we could have been there in person to cheer and scream for you all!

For today with the nooners, 35# TGU

5:23 rx'd on the wod. Thrusters got heavy slow for me in 15 and 9. Had to break up more than I'd like. Double unders are getting better.

  16. 2 pd kettlebell for TGU. Trying to take it easy on my shoulder.

2:08 rx'd on the thrusters and DUs. the set of 9 was the hardest. Had to make moves today with Jon P present at noon today. Always a pleasure.

Nice work on the TGU Bob.
  17. Jen Allison Says:
  18. 1.5 pd on TGU. I was pretty happy with that since it's been a long time since I've done them.

3:05 rx'd on the WOD. Really fun! Everyone has already said it best, Team CFO, Stacie, and Karen all did a great job at The Games and we are all lucky to have you here!

  20. Couldn't agree more with everyone's comments today! You are all an inspiration to me!

3:32 on the WOD, and 30# with the TGU. I scaled the weight for the thrusters, but wish I had gone a bit heavier.
  21. Danny Says:
  22. 77# TGU and 5:25 for thruster/du's. Did all the thrusters unbroken but du's are still kickin my ass. Thanks to Jeff S. for working with me on du's afterwards.
  23. JennG Says:
  24. 45# TGU Wish I had tried 1.5 pd. Next time.

5:25 Rx'd on thrusters/du's. LOVE the fact that I could do this rx'd & finish.

Ditto all the previous comments about the CFO crew from last weekend. Didn't get much work done on Friday since I was glued to the live feed. Our fantastic athletes really inspire me to push harder & be better.
  25. Shane Says:
  26. 77# get-ups...first time trying them with a barbell, pretty cool!
    4:54 rx'd on the metcon.
Echoing all the comments on our Games all showed tremendous heart and made us proud.
  27. ZachR Says:
  28. 2pd TGU with my left arm and an 88# barbell with my right. I attempted 88# with my left but as soon as I began to roll onto my side my (surgery) shoulder said No!

3:19 rx'd on the metcon. Only broke up the 15 Thrusters into 2 sets of 8,7
  29. Jen Allison Says:
  30. I'm such a liar! I used the 45# KB on TGU, not the 1.5 pood. My bad.
  31. hannah eileen Says:
  32. 3:3x for the metcon. I only used a baby kb for the get ups because I wouldn't have been able to do any of the thrusters had I gone heavier. So, I used a light weight and did more reps.

Thanks For Visiting!
