  6. 88# each arm for the TGU. I was able to do 98# on one side but missed on the other.

    3:01 Rx'd for the short metcon. DB thrusters are sneaky tough.

    I with Brian, the humidity in the morning has to be close to 100%.

  8. So proud of Team CFO, Stacie and Karen! I know you did not get the results you wanted, but you killed Sat. WOD's, taking 1st in the last one. You guys made a huge jump in the standings. Nice work! Karen, you performance was unbelievable with 2 pts from 3rd! Way to go, girl!!
    I have never been more honored and proud to be apart of such a great community!!!

    44 on TGUs. Tried using the barbell today. Moved up to 54, but couldn't keep things balanced. Definitely an area I need to work on.

    5:23 rx'd on the wod. Thrusters got heavy slow for me in 15 and 9. Had to break up more than I'd like. Double unders are getting better.

    2:08 rx'd on the thrusters and DUs. the set of 9 was the hardest. Had to make moves today with Jon P present at noon today. Always a pleasure.

    Nice work on the TGU Bob.

    3:32 on the WOD, and 30# with the TGU. I scaled the weight for the thrusters, but wish I had gone a bit heavier.

    5:25 Rx'd on thrusters/du's. LOVE the fact that I could do this rx'd & finish.

    Ditto all the previous comments about the CFO crew from last weekend. Didn't get much work done on Friday since I was glued to the live feed. Our fantastic athletes really inspire me to push harder & be better.

  28. 2pd TGU with my left arm and an 88# barbell with my right. I attempted 88# with my left but as soon as I began to roll onto my side my (surgery) shoulder said No!

    3:19 rx'd on the metcon. Only broke up the 15 Thrusters into 2 sets of 8,7

  30. I'm such a liar! I used the 45# KB on TGU, not the 1.5 pood. My bad.

  32. 3:3x for the metcon. I only used a baby kb for the get ups because I wouldn't have been able to do any of the thrusters had I gone heavier. So, I used a light weight and did more reps.
