Air Squats w/ Plate (hold to chest), 44#/22#
Box Jumps, 20 inch box
Push ups w/ Hand Release
Overhead Walking Lunges w/ Plate, 44#/22#
Jumping Pull ups

Your goal is to try and attain the most amount of reps possible where the 1st round is a 40 second on/40 second off interval, the 2nd round is a 30 second on/30 second off interval, and finally the 3rd round is a 20 second on/20 second off interval.

Post total reps from all three rounds to comments/Logwod.
