400 meter run
10 Sumo Dead-lift High Pulls, 132#/87#

The sumo dead-lift high pull range of motion for this workout is from the floor to a line that crosses the body where the arms connect to the torso (armpits). When the bar reaches the top end range, it must do so with the elbows above the hands or the rep will not count. There is a 15 minute cut-off for this workout.

  10. 10:45 rx'd. 132# felt heavy at first, but it wasn't bad for 10 reps. So give it a go with hevier weight or rx'd. Good job 5am.

    Felt good to be healthy enough to do this type of activity and see dudes like Greg P and B Brown killing it right next to you. Today was a great reminder to me that there is probably less than .0001% of the population (Ricky probably has the real math) with the guts enough to come out and get after it like we do. I love this gym and the way the community pushes me!

  20. Working out at Eugene Crossfit this week... today was 5 rounds of weighted 200m runs, 5 overhead squats. I did it in 12:40. The comment from the trainer was "you have great form, Celeste" ... thank you, CFO!
